Transfer Systems

Syncrolift® has designed and delivered transfer systems worldwide for the last thirty years. We continuously apply this accumulated experience to improve our transfer systems.

A challenge for most yards is the peak load of many ships. It is common for parts of a ship to have a very high load. This means a shipyard needs a ground- or a shiplift, which requires a more significant investment. Why? The peak load becomes the design criteria.

Syncrolift® has a solution to this. Our fluid bed technology shares loads between each trolley, averaging the load. This technology lowers the peak load and, ultimately, the investment required.

The system requires a trestle to support the equipment, which allows the transfer system to get under the ship and lift it.
